W 138 Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Welcome to W 138. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and W 138 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the W 138 platform — whether via a web browser or any mobile device — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the W 138 platform. W 138 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. To register and use W 138's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years of age. W 138 takes the protection of minors from gambling activities seriously. Any registration attempt by an underage individual will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Nationality and location: The W 138 platform is intended for users based in Malaysia. Users from certain countries with legal restrictions on online gambling may not be permitted to access the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to a court order restricting financial activity are not permitted to register.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one W 138 account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances frozen.

W 138 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents including a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or Malaysian bank statement for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.

By registering a W 138 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All details you submit — including your full name, Malaysian phone number, email address, and bank account number — must be truthful and consistent with your valid identification documents.

The name registered on your W 138 account must match the name of the bank account or eWallet holder used for deposits and withdrawals. A name mismatch is one of the most common reasons withdrawals are rejected or delayed.

• Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your W 138 account password and login credentials confidential. W 138 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Security breach notice: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify W 138 immediately through the available customer support channels.
• Latest update: You are responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur. Failure to do so may affect your withdrawal processing and communications from W 138.

W 138 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing convenient. All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). W 138 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Successful deposits are credited to your W 138 account within seconds. If your deposit has not been credited within 10 minutes, please contact the W 138 customer support team with proof of your transaction.

All funds deposited into a W 138 account must originate from a legitimate source in your own name. W 138 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

W 138 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and securely. The following terms apply to withdrawals from your W 138 account:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM 200,000 for standard members and RM 500,000 for Platinum and Diamond VIP members.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes for members who have completed identity verification (full KYC). First-time withdrawals may take longer for verification purposes.
• Recipient name: The bank account or eWallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your W 138 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted without written approval from W 138.
• KYC Verification: Members who have not completed the KYC verification process may experience delayed withdrawals until verification is finalised.

W 138 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review or regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

W 138 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering conditions) that must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new W 138 members on their first deposit. Specific rollover requirements apply — please refer to the Welcome Bonus page for full details.
• Rollover requirement: Every bonus received must be wagered (rolled over) the required number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place total bets of RM 1,000.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not utilised within that period will expire automatically.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one promotional bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the W 138 bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting, or any other method deemed unfair — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of related winnings, and possible account closure.

The W 138 platform is intended solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all available balances:

• Use of automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or exploit the W 138 system
• Hacking, unauthorised attempts to access W 138 systems, or any form of cyberattack
• Money laundering — using the W 138 platform to conceal the source of illicit funds
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's details or falsified documents
• Matched betting across two or more accounts to unfairly guarantee bonus winnings
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law

W 138 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in investigations relating to any illegal activity detected on our platform. All transaction records and account activity are retained and may be submitted to the relevant authorities upon request.

All games available on W 138 — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton), Live Casino (baccarat, dragon tiger, roulette), slots, and progressive jackpots — are governed by their respective individual game rules.

• Game outcomes are final: Any game outcome confirmed by the W 138 system is final and not subject to dispute, unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical error.
• Technical error: In the event of a technical disruption affecting gameplay, W 138 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to your account balance.
• Odds line closure: W 138 reserves the right to close or adjust any odds line prior to the start of a sporting event without prior notice.
• Football betting: All bets placed on Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other league matches are subject to W 138's standard Sports Betting rules. Postponed or cancelled matches will be handled in accordance with W 138's current sports betting policy.
• Esports betting: Betting on esports titles such as Dota 2, ML:BB, and CS2 is subject to additional rules regarding match cancellations and winning paths.

W 138 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• False identity verification or inaccurate information provided during registration
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities

You may also close your W 138 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all available balances have been withdrawn. W 138 will not be liable for any remaining balance in an account closed at the member's request after a period of 90 days.

W 138 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform at any time.

W 138 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the W 138 platform
• Actions or decisions made by members based on information available on the W 138 platform

W 138 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page unless a different effective date is specified.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via their registered email or through in-platform notices. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically.
